Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
- Sellers are responsible for processing and shipping their products within the time frame specified in their shop policies. Average processing times vary from 1-7 business days unless otherwise stated by the vendor.
- Vendors must provide tracking information to the buyer once the order has shipped.
- Each seller will offer shipping options through their preferred carriers. Buyers can select their desired shipping method at checkout, which will include estimated delivery dates.
- Shipping costs will be calculated based on the vendor’s rates, the item’s size, weight, and destination.
- International shipping is available for select vendors. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply.
- We encourage vendors to offer expedited shipping options, especially during peak seasons.
- The marketplace is not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Buyers must contact vendors directly for assistance.
- Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Once an order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.
Refund Policy
Vendor-specific Refunds:
- Refund policies are set individually by vendors. Before purchasing, review the vendor's shop policies regarding refunds.
- Refunds are typically granted in cases of defective items or orders that do not match the item description (e.g., wrong color, size, or customization).
- Custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for refunds unless damaged or defective.
- Buyers must request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product. Vendors will respond with the next steps, which may include returning the item.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the vendor confirms receipt of the returned item.
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order shoes are generally non-refundable, unless the vendor’s specific policy states otherwise.
Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy
Order Cancellations:
- Buyers may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellation may not be guaranteed as sellers may have already begun processing or customizing the order.
- Returns are accepted only if the vendor’s policy allows it. Check individual vendor return policies before purchasing.
- Items must be in new, unused condition and returned in the original packaging. Any damage or signs of wear will void the return.
- Exchanges may be available based on the vendor’s policy. Custom or personalized items typically do not qualify for exchanges unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a vendor’s error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Buyers must request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery and ship the item back within 14 days. The vendor will notify the buyer once the return is received and the refund/exchange is processed.
